This is an interesting article about how to land photo assignments from a top magazine. Audubon Magazine is on par with National Geographic and its editor gives some great advice to would-be photographers. The take home message seems to be, you must be a storyteller, a photojournalist. The magazine is interested in people with some scientific knowledge and the ability to tell a good story in words and images. Check out the full article here.

Windows 10 looks like an improvement, as Microsoft struggled with Windows 8 so much so they are giving version 10 away for free to anyone with Windows 7 or 8 if you upgrade in the first year. This version will be compatible with all devices from a cell photo to an Xbox to your home computer. It has an improved UI and better power management for your devices.
